For the past 8 years, Jacques Derosena attended the annual Cannes Film Festival with a virtual attendance during the pandemic but now, a physical return to the croisette.
Film Award winning Actor-Producer Jacques is attending the festival while negotiating several deals regarding his upcoming film projects with sales agents and distributors.
“Eight years ago, I attended Cannes for the first time and it constantly inspires me with all of its creativity, beauty and diversity in films,” he said.
“It’s always a privilege to return to this amazing festival and to view so many of the world’s greatest artists’ work . I feel incredibly blessed to be part of its 75th monumental anniversary.”
Jacques was a Co-Executive Producer in the Spike Lee Executive Produced-Barry Alexander Brown directed film “Son Of The South” which was awarded the AFI World Peace Initiative and was also on the Academy Awards Oscars eligibility list in 2021.
Jacques’ Acting credits stem from The Hyperions (Cary Elwes), Downsizing (Matt Damon), HBO’s The Wire, Disney’s Good Luck Charlie.
