She made her movie debut with the classic King Kong, and after that, she has won several awards, including various Emmys and an Oscar. Not only did she gave us some iconic outfits back in 1994 when the movie was released, but she also won the Oscar for best actress with this role. We are still amazed by how gorgeous she looked with this polka dot outfit in black and white.

This is one of the most remembered looks by Lange's fans, and it is because she managed to embody the fashion of the ’80s. In the movie Tootsie, she wore this two-piece outfit with a brown sweater and a denim skirt completed with a colorful belt. This screams 80’s, and we love it. She also won an Oscar for this role, making her performance even more unforgettable.

As a fan of American Horror Story, I have to admit that one of the best seasons of the whole show has to be Coven. The season introduced a world with modern witches, but what makes this the best season, is Jessica Lange herself, with a character beloved by fans everywhere. When I think of Fiona (her character’s name), I think of the many iconic black outfits she wore during the season, making her the perfect witch and supreme.
Her First Academy Award Look
In 1982, Lange received her first Academy Award for her role in the movie Tootsie. This movie tells the story of a volatile actor who forces himself to adopt a new identity as a woman to land a job due to his bad reputation. She opted for a turquoise dress that looked amazing on her next to her soft makeup and hair for the ceremony.
