Reggae Jerk Hut, the first Jamaican and Haitian fusion restaurant in North Texas and a Top 10 Black-owned restaurant in the region, is proud to announce the launch of its new daily breakfast menu. Inspired by the overwhelming success of their weekend brunch, the restaurant now opens at 7:30 a.m. to bring island flavors to the morning dining experience.
The new breakfast menu features signature dishes such as Oxtail and Grits, a rich and savory twist on a classic Southern favorite, alongside other Caribbean-inspired breakfast options like Jerk Chicken and Waffles that highlight the restaurant’s fusion of flavors.
Co-founded by Marsha Telfer, a Real Estate Investor and Legal Professional, and her Jamaican husband, Army-veteran Adrian Telfer, Reggae Jerk Hut was built to support her husband’s culinary dream, expand her own entrepreneurial journey, and bring diverse cuisine to North Dallas. Since its opening, the restaurant has become a community favorite, celebrated for its authentic flavors and cultural pride.
“We’re excited to bring the vibrant tastes of Jamaica and Haiti to breakfast,” said Telfer. “Our community asked for it, and we’re thrilled to deliver a daily breakfast menu that combines the warmth of Southern traditions with the bold, comforting flavors of the islands.”
Reggae Jerk Hut invites patrons to experience their new breakfast offerings at their North Dallas/McKinney location, where every dish is a celebration of culture, community, and flavor.

Sunday — Monday: 7:30 am-9:00 pm
Tuesday — Saturday: 7:30 am-10:00 pm
